If you want too you can mod the game a delete that sign. which is stupid.

press insert all the pop up team names a b c4 markers go out...
press insert its all regular again
press insert all of it is regular but with number markers like 50 meters and chizz

As everyone else said, insert removes A\B Site marks and where the players are.
While delete removes the radar.
