Hello Cross Fire fans! We hope you enjoy this episode of Urban Warfare, and please continue to post all your Cross Fire related stores and discussions on our forums! We've had some great threads recently and it's been enjoyable to read about everyone's experiences with Cross Fire (good and bad!).

I want to give you an update on something we're working on that deals with the Hack Report process. We are making a lot of changes in-house over the next couple of weeks that will ultimately lead to a better process to handle hack reports, both true and false. We will have dedicated people for checking, and we will have standardized forms for reporting, as one of the biggest problems we get for hack reporting is dealing with "every report looking different". A lot of people submit false reports, or ones that are impossible to read or understand. So hopefully some of this stuff will help.

[CF]Reports will still remain down for now, so please continue to use http://support.z8games.com. We'll be able to bring [CF]Reports back up soon for your forum submissions, however once the new system goes in place we will no longer be using that forum account.

We are also aware of the Mission System bug and the Player Profile page not showing anything for Escape Mode or Mutation Mode. This will be fixed. As always, I can't tell you exactly when, but the bugs have been submitted and we expect to have a fix in a patch in the future.

Lastly, we will be taking the servers offline for a few hours tonight to do some back-end work on our side. The changes being made won't affect the user much other than the downtime, but hopefully it will help us with speed and efficiency as we move forward. During this time we will be changing the Daily Missions to remove Escape Mode maps (until the bug gets fixed). And we will be working on more fixes to the "lost coupon" issue, and returning lost coupons to those who are affected.

Competitive Updates

WOGL Pro is moving along. Everyones shoe-in bet; Lifeline, is tied for first in their division, the competition is heating up so be sure to keep checking for updates! We'll have more information about WEM and the potential trip to china that the winner of the WOGL-P league will get!

The Open tournament has started and is already into Round 2. Follow along on the WOGL forums to see who will get the opportunity to move right into the playoffs and face off against the other clans for the ultimate prize of $1000 dollars and a trip to China!

Featured Site

This weeks Featured Website is the European Division of a competitive e-sports site; ESL, specifically their Cross Fire division. The ESL has been around for a long time providing e-sport services such as leagues and tournaments for a variety of games. They picked up Cross Fire for their site and have successfully run European divisions for CF.

The ESL Had started up a North American division for Cross Fire but a lack of a real anti-cheat program and waning support saw that division close. Maybe you know someone who can code an anti-cheat? Or maybe you can start a movement to get the ESL back in North America, check out their site and see what it's all about!
