in CrossFire Barracks
ok this is strange i allways have some fps lagg when i m playing cf.I just dont get it i have a good comp:
amd phenom x4 9650 2,4 ghz
2gb of ram
ati radeon hd 4890 1gb
and i m using win 7 ultimate
can someone expert say to me why i have fps lagg because i never did have any problems be4 3 days ago. so pls no trolling or that my comp sucks that i must buy better.pls answer me fast

    Seriously, your PC sucks XD
    2 GB RAM with a Windows 7 Ultimate OS is crazy...it takes something like 1 GB and half only to run it :S

    2. 1,5 gb ram JUST to run win7? which planet?

    i suffered from the same sh.it the last days, i restarted my pc, normal uptime some weeks, that solved it for me, really weired.

    no get windows xp 32bit because that is way less demanding and it can support up to 4g. Well technically 3.5... But you only got 2 so get a 32bit with a less demanding OS such as xp.

    To run win7..you need 512 Mb ...so shhhhhhhhhhhh

    Win7 was released in order to replace win xp and it has almost same demandings..
    Even though win7's visuals are better which makes it a little harder on the RAM ..
    But that would be fixed easy:


    Go to My Computer>Properties>Change Settings>Advanced>Performance-Settings>Adjust For Best Performance

    Here's a pic if the Change Settings thing in Properties

    Win7 was released in order to replace win xp and it has almost same demandings..
    Even though win7's visuals are better which makes it a little harder on the RAM ..
    But that would be fixed easy:


    Go to My Computer>Properties>Change Settings>Advanced>Performance-Settings>Adjust For Best Performance

    i did had win xp 6 months ago and i was happy with it but i think its way best win7 :)

    this is all pointless discussion... Because his system should provide descent frame rates on a game like crossfire...
    CF is horribly unoptimized and i get less fps then i do running cod4 and 5 as well as steam games on high....
    the steam bench mark i pull an average of 150 but i get a average of 60 in CF 8 v 8s..
