I Cant Change it to Full screen mode ??!

I Downloaded Crossfire I installed it then I started the game and it is in window mode.
I check the options and it says that i am on full mode but im not.
I tried reinstalling and redownloading and i still got the same thing please help.
My Screen is 1650x1050.
