I was just wondering if you have found a solution to the disconnecting problem and please note that i am NOT on a router and i have asked my ISP for help and they said there was nothing they can do, They also checked my conection and said it was perfect.

Please note that all Security Question answers are case sensitive. You will have to click the activated link we send to your new email address to complete the whole email change process. If you don’t remember your Security Answer, we will need additional information for security purpose. Please provide us at least two pieces of correct account info, such as current register email, account creation date, IP address or 2 most recent payment transaction IDs (for paid users) which should look similar to the following 20090309_220419 login ID. It would help us prove that you are truly the owner of the account. Thanks.
