Not receivng Zp from free offers :(

So I've just returned to the game and tried to earn some free zp by completing offers. I completed the free ones (about 8 of them) but have received ZP from one of them only, and this has been 2 days ago. What's the issue?

You will have to send support tickets for them to the Survey provider. Z8 won't help you on this =(.

Easier said then done. They try their absolute hardest to not give you the points. I've been fighting with them, too. Especially for the surveys labeled free that ultimately text your phone and charge $9.99 despite the big "FREE" next to it. Yea. Awesome.
