I have been sending support tickets about my account for 2 weeks now and it i nvr got a replay.. whats up ?

Your account is not Z8Games's responsability.
They can TRY to help yout hough, since its on their domain.

1. Rank makes no difference on ticket priority.
2. Mods do not handle tickets, GMs do.
3. Whining on the forums about it wont help, PM Saidin or Fallenangel about your problem.
4. They're pretty backed up with reports about hackers and stuff atm, so it will take a while.

Mods are not z8games employees, they are just people in the forums doing the mule work for free.Message a GM, they work for the company.

You just have to wait and be patient, it takes awhile for them to get back to you. There must be a lot of messages already in their mailbox. They will respond don't worry.:)
