Failed to download patcher v4. (please help me)

Good afternoon. I have a problem with the game. In the beginning When the download it was playing very good but after about a month when they clash start my game show "Failed to download patcher v4"and "Failed to download version.ini. Re download the game but still the same, check for viruses and cookies but the same again, I restart my computer but the same again. I want to play again give me a solution please. :'(
