Um, I'm seriously asking because the return policy doesn't state whether BP refunds are included..

BP is free, shouldn't be asking for a refund on something that already comes free.

BP is their way of saying thanks for buying ZP. When you buy something from a store and they say here this comes with it for free, do you take the free item back and ask for a refund. No, because it wasn't purchased, it was given.

You are comparing two different things here.

You are talking about getting a gift when you purchase an item at a store.

Bonus points are the gift you receive from ZP, and the silver weapon is purchased with BP.

What you are saying is comparable to getting a silver gun as a gift from zp. I am saying that a refund should be allowed for guns purchased through BP which is not the gift you receive for ZP.

Getting a silver gun from BP which is a gift from ZP[√]

So technically a refund should be allowed as the silver guns are not automatically gifted to you for buying ZP, the bonus points are..

The only official announcement regarding refunds that I recall is for coupons, and thats a 48 hour limit.

I can't get a confirmation on BP. Submit a support ticket and they might be nice, or send a PM to [GM]Saidin / [CM]FallenAngel and hope for the best.

I imagen even though dot has suggested the right thing to do, as i was saying, i imagen that they dont do a refund for such things as of yet, however i believe such things will come later in the next few patches.

this is no way shape or form saying that they definitly will, im just saying such things could be introduced such as friendly fire, as their is a friendly fire option blanked out on S&D options on the game.

I remember a post that anything you have bought with any credit[GP, Coupons, BP, ZP], you can possibly get a refund if you send a ticket within 24 hours. You might be right, though.

Yes I see what you're saying but I wanted to get a refund for my BP so i could get m4 silver because i really see no point in getting ak silver when i have reg. I thought it would be amazing or something but it feels the same just a new skin and +5 ammo, i would much rather save up 2k more bp for an m4 with +5 and a silencer. I just hope that my support ticket gets a reply >_>

I don't mean to be a downer, but the M4-silver is an M4-advanced with a different skin.

Anyway. PM or support tickets, yeah.

yes but its a permanent m4 adv, i have one adv but its gonna run out and i dont want to keep paying for renewals. And i think a pm might take too long :S

Dot is this possible if you could like tell Gm Saiden because i think it would be a really good idea to add BP to the refund policy :S

dam im so stupid i accidentally deleted my older ticket idk if they'll accept my new one it might have been more than 48 hours already -.- been 2 days since i bought. I sent my old one 11 pm last night
