Why is this games reg so bad?

I have a feeling it also has to do with the servers. All these ''server full'' errors seem to point that the servers are under load. Also, reg has grown steadily worse through time as the player base expanded.
As to the argument blaming most of it on ping, I have bad reg not only on low pingers as well as high pingers, and I have low ping (15). -

The game was coded and tested to play well in Korea.
For those who lack the grasp of how big this is, here.
Now, on our version you have people playing from all over the place. The pings get rather large and the game was not initially intended to play like this. Most of the people playing are from the following. keep in mind people can and do play from just about anywhere, not just what I have marked.
(note: same scale)
The higher the pings, the worse the reg.
Thankyou, that makes a reasonable amount of sense.
As i'm 230 ping in clan channel i reg quite poorly.
Does this mean low pingers reg worse against me also? -
The source engine has made HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS in sales for Valve. FYI.Yea it's ftp but the amount of money z8 make from zp buyers.
Counter strike you buy it once and never pay a dime.
I bet CF makes more money than source have made from c.s -
There was a thread about this a while ago.

From my point of view Cross Fire works as such.
Your client shows that you shot, it also predicts if you will hit anything and responds accordingly. While this occurs, the information is being sent to the server to be "processed".
Eg. You quick peak and shoot 1-2 bullets but the other player kills you at almost the same time. Often I find that I do zero damage, and while on my screen I took a shot my team mates did not see any bullets.
I have also noticed that at times my team mate could shoot and kill someone and I will not see any bullets or blood on the other player. Or the fact that blood is more or less useless in this game other then spiking your fps more.
Now the main issue here is the poor client side prediction. I assume that it is coded with the developers thinking only of the Asian versions of the game. First of all a country such as Korea has more advanced connections therefore lower ping then North America. Additionally as Blind Rob pointed out, our player base has a larger range then any other version.
But to continue I also believe the hit boxes are effected by the large range of pings. That or they are just very bad to begin with to be quite honest I am not sure. Simply put often I have found situations in which I shoot the air standing directly behind someone and head shot them.
/shrug
tldr:
1) Bad client side prediction
2) Bad net coding
3) Lagging hit boxes?
