Coupons, 84 to 3

hey, my friend just said i should say this on the forums but umm yeah.
i had 84 coupons then i downloaded a patch and that was reduced to 3 or 4 i cant remeber which, so i tried ringing up 4 times but it was engaged so i was okay, its not the end of the world and i bought 40k zp, now i have 42 coupons and i was woundering if there is any support you can give me?
because i like in the uk ive lost £4 calling you and more on zp and i was just looking for some support, thank you.
