FLASH and SMOKE on TDM

I mosty play death match, for GM and especially Escape mode they are really necessary but on team death match rooms with 0 respawn, some noob joins the room, lives less then 10 secs and throwing a smoke or flash non-stop, messing whole map for entire match and decreasing FPS rate whoever has an average PC. This has to change. like u set options before knives only, sniper only,pistol only. PLS put an option for flashes and smokes as hosting option.
other mods have larger maps tdm is small and its really annoying if some guy throwing smoke nade NON STOP after every and each respawn in egypt,factory,ship etc ....makin the game unplayable.
