By saying that CF has a bad reg because it is a free FPS you are implying that every other free FPS game out there has also the same issue, genius.

this is the answer. I'm not sure if it was 1st chinese or korean made but porting a game over to a different version is very difficult to do perfectly. North american crossfire is a knock-off of the original thus it lacks in many fields and is quite buggy. It will never be as good as the original is because ti is a knock-off.

The game was coded and tested to play well in Korea.
For those who lack the grasp of how big this is, here.


Now, on our version you have people playing from all over the place. The pings get rather large and the game was not initially intended to play like this. Most of the people playing are from the following. keep in mind people can and do play from just about anywhere, not just what I have marked.

The higher the pings, the worse the reg.

its not all high pings that cause this bad reg though my team pings 40-60 usually and we could be playing against a team with roughly the same ping and the reg still will be poor compared to better games. Its the game's netcode, it was ported very poorly. How 60% of hits don't register on people who are in mid-air is beyond me, never seen another game do that before.

I think it has something to do with the fact that information goes -client/server/client- instead of just -client/server-
