HEELPPP! Failed to connect to server

Hello , so..I've just downloaded Crossfire on my bros account, because he wanted to play , so i downloaded and installed it, and then i clicked start game. After the game started, it was initializing the stuff etc. then right before the login part, a box appeared and said Failed to Connect to Server. I disabled the antivirus and rebooted and also uninstalled and reinstalled over 10 times. Please Help!
