It's an editing trick. They simply did what they showed in the video backwards. Meaning they jumped down the building in Port facing back and hopped all the way back, then when the time came to edit, they simply played the recorded track in reverse.

I have seen people hack and do that though. I was playing downtown and I was BL. I ran up CF Mart and a hacker jumped in the window from the ground below. He got stuck in the shelf straight across though.
