Mouse Windows/Ingame Sensitivity Help

So I switch from 3/11 windows sensitivity to 6/11 sensitivity. My Ingame sensitivity was 14 and my zoom sensitivity was 20 when i had 3/11 windows sensitivity. Now that I have switch over how exactly do I find out my new ingame/zoom sensitivity. I have changed nothing else to the mouse or pc, just the windows sensitivity. Help would be greatly appreciated.
