First ill see whats your remaining balance or pixels
PayByCash should of emailed your remaining balance to the email you put before you did the purchase after each transaction

on the same email it will show you how do redeem it.
If it works for you by following those directions, then great.
But i always find difficulties doing it, so i contact PayByCash costumer service( http://www.paybycash.com/ )
and ask them to do the purchase for me.
They listen, and do it.
