Keyboard Binding Help/problems

hello, ok i been playing for awhile and still haven't found a solution for this problem.

using a QWERTY keyboard, but my Control key is "Ctrl" but the game binds it for "Right Control" as default.. every time i change it (Right CTRL) and save it, it never stays saved??

so every time i start the game or change server's i have to rebind my crouch key, and it wont let me do it from In-Game options so if i forget i have to exit a game and go to the lobby for Options.

does anyone else have this annoying issue? is there a way to make it SAVE permanently?
is there a file for keyboard binds that i can edit?

save the settings for crouch to key number 14, here is a link for the number to key relationships

ok i dont see any possible way in the options to save a key useing the keyboard scan codes?
( in options wont let me input a code for a bind, only a key.)

my number 14 key is CTRL , my right CTRL is E0 14,
but ingame it willnot use CRTL for both keys (only left), and i use the RIGHT CTRL which never stay bound.

it never saves, the only way i can see were useing keyboard scan codes, is if there is a way to edit the games default keybind file?

ifso please let me know which file contains that information?

thanks for the worthless post bump, but what pain said does not work.

i did save crouch as CTRL but it only affects the leftside of my keyboard, which i DONT use...

so please come back with some more whitty comments that actually help SaveMePlz
