Some reason my freind Storm*Shadow cannot create a clan. Because me and him are gonna make a clan and some how he cant make it and I don't have the gp to make one.

You can't make a clan if your lower than staff sargent, or if you have less than 5k gp. I suggest breaking some guns, or doing surveys until you can buy the 20kgp packs. Missions may also work, but i find them so fricken boring.

if u wanna switch leaders, leader has to promote either u or friend to leader, but that person(who wants to be leader) has to pay 5k gp, if i can remember. Someone correct me if im wrong
