Here is a way to increase your FPS slightly.
Go to start, right click Computer, go to properties, go to Advanced System Settings, Click on the Settings button under the Performance block, now choose Adjust for Best Performance and press ok.
Now, download CCleaner and run the full scan, it isn't a long scan.
Next, turn Gamebooster on, configure it to have EVERYTHING off, including Xfire.
Lastly, defrag Crossfire with Gamebooster. Now your FPS should be higher than before, but not by much. -
