Help For Security Answer With really mailbox !
Hi !
Sorry for my poor english, i'm french lol !
So i forgot my security answer, but i know my email adress. So i go on this page : http://www.z8games.com/lost_id_password.aspx
and i enter x2 my email adress.
My email adress : <email removed> (a free french mailbox) and I don't receive any mail on my mailbox but when the mutation mode was creating, z8games have sent to me a news mail on this mailbox !
I've allready sent a "ticket" to the technical support with all informations of me and a photocopy of my identity card (of the french republic).
Please Help me or if a moderator can manually send this email with all the information about me, thanks a lot.

PS : I tried ten times to return my email address on this page ( http://www.z8games.com/lost_id_password.aspx ) and anithing : no mail of z8games in my mailbox !

By posting your email address you have already shown that you are not as secure as you should be for your account.
Security answers, lost or otherwise can be found using the links you mentioned. If for some reason they don't work then the email for your account is obviously compromised and you should be more secure about your account information.
You must go to http://support.z8games.com and send your request along with proofs you own the account (transaction id's) in order to have them reset the information for you.
