How to run CF on Win2000?

Well, my pc with win xp is broken so i decided to try play on my laptop. But on my laptop i have windows 2000. Is it possible to run the game on this OS? Cuz when i launck the game i see error: "Cannot fing 'gdiplus.dll'. Please re-install this application". What i should do now?

IF your laptop was made with windows 2000, then dont try it.

IF your laptop is somewhat new and you installed windows 2000 on there, you can go ahead.
