Making a Clan?

me and a couple friends were going to make a clan and stuff but for like the past 24 hours it said its been under mateince or somethin and some guy we played with today said hes been waiting three days whats going on with it and will we be able to make our clan

they just need to delete all of the clans who havent gotten a clan point in 6 months+

true say it would make it easier with like the thousands of clans that are either glitched or no longer play

Man people really have to start reading in this community... otherwise we are just gunna keep repeating our selves... which leads us to getting no where!!!
