Soccer Cup ZP Awards Issues

At the moment I'm supporting Spain, and last night they won 1-0 face to Germany, so the question is: Where is my 5000 ZP award????

I already answered an exact same thread few hours ago.

To get prizes from the world cup game, it can take some time. Why?
Because Z8 need to give the ZP or whatever gifts by a manual process, which can take some time.

You will get it, now stfu and be patient.

GTFO noob. If you have nothing intelligent to say don't say anything! We normaly get rewarded less than five minits after the end of the match.

I support Germany, Spain, England, Brazil and Argentina. Once they didn't reward me for gp during a long period (three gp matches and one zp match). We all posted here and the day after I got all the rewards. Since that one I always have been rewarded a few minits after the match. So people doing these threads are right. Noobs that come and say it's usless are usless. If nobody did these threads GMs wouldn't even know that we haven't been rewarded so they would just think that it has been done since nobody is complaining.

NB: I don't think it is a manual system because at the end of every match at the last second when the end is annonced they put the name of the looser in grey.

I think we should create a new part of the forum: the "complaint desk".
Where all the people who want rage about the game, other players, Z8 or whatever can write anything they want. (and they can also add an option to make it invisible for other people, so we are no more annoyed with those thread.
(sorry, if you think that you get the reward because you complaint ;-) I think Z8 are just doing their job at their speed. You are just an impatient child, just grow up.
