no sound but the firing and the ranks don't show up !

the title says it all my prob. of the strange blue lines don't show up anymore now the ranks' images don't exist even my rank i can't see it and also no pic for my glock... there are no sound but the firing no music no (fire in the hole) nothing but the firing
any help?

Try updating your graphics drivers. If you're playing on Intel grpahics they just fail anyway, my so called Gaming Laptop was meant to have an AMD Athlon II x2 mobile and ATi it turned out as a Celeron (Fail) with Intel (Fail) graphics.
