freezing blue vertical lines plz help !

like i said some freezing blue vertical lines just mess with the screen for about 5sec and then the windows crash and i have to restart it

-it happens in the beginning of the game after about 2min play
-i ran ccleaner and a registry fix
-sometimes the ranks of players don't show up
-i reinstalled crossfire
-using windows 7 32-bit
