Disconnections And restarting my computer.

Ok so since this update i ALWAYS dc, like everymatch. It quits me out of my game and also restarts my computer without a proper shutdown, this could cause harm to my computer and most likely already has, im downloading again now so i will see if its better. Anyone got any ideas?
