I THINK it means you can't change name card right away if you already changed it previously like 5 seconds ago. You need to wait about 10 or 15 seconds to change between name cards.

Yeah. It's some BS thing. I just put on a different name card, exit out of storage, wait 10 seconds, and put it back.

Well, obviously you need to wait till after equip it. I am disappoint.

Seriously though, it should go away if you relog.
