M4A1- Custom VS Silver VS Adv

I need opinions on these 3 versions of the guns. Is there much difference between them?

I have a silver, and used to have 30 day Adv. Really no difference between those two.

Now my dilemma is that i have enough coupons for m4a1-custom, but i heard it got "nerfed". I play well with the m4a1-silver, but i feel like i could play much better if i got a custom.

Opinions?

I do feel it weaker. M4 Adv/Silver are the same thing. Some people say silver has a better spray pattern which I don't notice.

M4-C feels different. Doing 28 to the chest from mid range instead of the usual 33-35 may seem little but it's really annoying. You end up dying and they have 2-5 hp left...

Maybe it's my luck but since the patch, it happens all the time. Still the best rifle. Not as awesome as it was before.

What he said. I have all three, and I've seen a bit of a difference in the spray pattern between the silver and the M4 Adv. The M4S seems to have an extra bit of accuracy while moving IMO.

Omg get it it's really worth it it has good looks, a nice silencer an awesome plain black skin,
Don't always spray for best hope if you can pull off a one shot kill then you'll really enjoy this gun.

i've only really used the custom properly after the nerf, still pretty good.

don't like the silver as much as the norm m4 though.

They are completely different in my opinion.

The Custom is indeed weaker in power, but its accuracy makes up for it. Basically, the Custom requires a totally different play style. Its basically for long/mid range head shooting, while the Silver/Advanced is more an all range stealth weapon when you need to stay quick on your feet. In other words; the Custom is perfect for S&D, while the Silver/Advanced is more preferable in GM.

^^ This hits the nail on the head. M4-S is the best in my opinion though. Probably because i only play Ghost Mode.

Lolli said it exactly. The Custom is one of if not the most accurate rifle in the game, which means that it works best if you use it to burst 1-2 shots at the head from longrange. The silver and adv have a bit higher power, so they are better for ghost mode.

I have the silver and the custom, and personally I love my Custom more, especially now that it has 35/105. It's the best guns over all modes with everything you need, and I have my best score (61/9) in Hakenkruez with my Custom.

Man, nerfed or not both guns have the same spray pattern and are still one hit headshot.
60 coupons takes a lot of $, so don't waste it on something you got allready, but is silver...
be smart.

I just got the custom yesterday and i have already noticed the difference between it and the other m4's. It's spray pattern is probably my second favourite, favourite being XM8, and the accuracy is great. can't believe how many headshots i have gotten so far. :P i say go for Custom unless you are in need of a pistol which in that case, save up 20 coupons and get gold deagle.

I like the normal m4 the most, cuz the spray is much better but the m4-c got the best accy. Just use the normal m4

I got the m4a1-silver because I wanted a permanent advanced version. I do very well with the silver and have been on a bit of a tear recently. I prefer its spray pattern over the advanced but that might just be in my head.

I've picked up the custom a few times an it is super accurate. Laser efficient. Because of this I have never felt it lacking in power.

my brother bought the silver m4cuz i ****ed him off I would say m4 has a better spray pattern. I do better with m4 adv/silver because it has a larger crosshair. (lol wierd ryte.)
