There is a limited amount of staff that deals with support tickets. In addition, they also have to review hack reports sent in through the ticket system. Try resubmitting the ticket and if you still get no response then you can try to pm [GM]Saidin regarding the issue.

I will say this though: spamming the forum with that attitude is not going to get you anywhere.
