Are these good specs for a decent gaming computer?

thanks, It would cost me about $1,200 USD

Opinions? Would this be able to install L4D2, CoDMW2, BFBC2, along with CF and still have lots of room?

Everything on that computer is fine except the GPU, it will run CF fine but other games it might fail. I'd go with around Nvidia GTX250 or if you willing a spend a bit more Radeon 5770. Also a 5670 will work fine.
