Escape Mode General Guide

This is a general guide. For tactics of each map, head to here. (I'm too lazy to write something like that, well written though).

You all know Escape Mode. It's like [highlight]Team Death Match or FFA[/highlight]. You die, you respawn. The difference is the portal. BL must escape through it.
GR must prevent it. Simple.

Enough text, more images.

Weapons to use

As a BL.

In the first rounds, use a weapon with enough ammo to help break the doors. I recommend a Machine Gun or the famous tommy gun. Use a good pistol also. You'll run out of ammo while shooting at the door and some GRs will appear next to you trying to kill you.



Another important thing. Be sure to put a smoke in the first slot. The other grenades are useless, and they won't even appear in-game, like in TDM.

Why the smoke? You'll see ahead.

As a GR.

Any weapon is acceptable to be honest, but an AWM is good for camping around the portal.



Also if you consider yourself a ZP depender, you can buy this. You'll see why up ahead.



OK, we're good, let's play.

As a BL.

1.Head to the gate/door. Break it, but watch out for GRs trying to kill you.



Note: Don't use shovels or axes. It will simply make you run slower and look like an idiot.



2.Immediately when the gate gets broken, run through it. The smoke made will make you unnoticeable.



2.When you get closer to the Portal, throw the previous equipped smoke to it. Wait until it gets fully "exploded".



This is what it should look like.



Now simply JUMP to the portal.


As a GR.

Try camping at the portal site. With an AWM preferably.



You can also try rushing their base, with a close range weapon, like a shotgun.
