Recording CF

Well, you can record with fraps, but not with sony vegas, so I would suggest using fraps to record and then using sony vegas to edit.

I get about 100-130 fps in an 8v8 but almost any recording software that I use drops me to a horrendous and unplayable fps. I would love to record my game and be able to recommend a great program but, unfortunately, I can't even get a good vid because it runs my performance into the ground. If you have any suggestions as to a good recording program that doesn't hurt fps, I'd be interested in hearing about it.
