Ip ban
ok for one i am wondering why you guys dont ip bann the hackers you bann there account whats that really acomplishing NOTHING they juat sign up again and hack more i bet this has been brought up more then once probally!!! so why not to much to handle to much to do to ip ban??? i know you do patches to get rid of the hacks but clearly its not working that well so keep doing patches but like bann the person hacking all togeather WHY you say um lets se its in the policy not to use other programs to mess with the game well hacks do that and you baning the name of the kid/ person thats doing it like there not going to stop till they cant play period witch means they will make a TON of accounts and hack on all of them witch is never going to end I KNOW YOUR WORKING HARD on everything but why not ip bann woudnt that be easyier than to ban there account??

I can change my ip in less than 30 seconds. Does banning that ip really help? They could ban the ip range, but that takes out a large group of people. Hostnames can be changed as well, so that doesn't really help.
MAC ban? I really think they should ban the Brazilians. I'm so tired of them. -

changing ip address wonder why you have it hmm.... anyway its easy just make a program to ban some one even if they have a ip changer doesnt meen squat just means your doing something with it illegaly anyway but besides that ip banning can still work does on alot of games... -
someone can hack and get incorporated into the ban, and if his brother on the same computer also automatically brother, so you want to get half the players no longer play this game because I will try to hack this one time ... I am at this example I could play the hack even so I could do as he wants to account ... I think it is stupidity

They can use the MAC ban technique...but they say it's illegal in some places. -

Then 2/3 can fix problem 1 so that really isn't a problem. -
MAC Addresses can easily be spoofed.
I wont bother re-explaining the best way to implement IP Bans, read my prior posts on it for more info.They should just IP Range Ban with a 65,536 host ban (0.0.*.*). Every couple of games there is someone using the clipping cheat or auto-aim cheats and im on the verge of quitting for good. It's becoming unplayable and I'm sick to death of it despite submitting video reports of several blatant cheaters which I'm sure others are reporting too.
What's the point of reporting if they get banned a few days later as the damage has already been done. We need I in-game live reporting system and a GM 24/7 to warp in, observe and ban them immediately.Yeah a 256 host ban wont do much as major ISP's usually have allot more leased than that.
Your solution is to ban a Class C amount of 256.

For example
192.168.0.0/16 would ban between 192.168.0.0 to 192.168.255.255 or in wildcard notation 192.168.*.*
This results in a fairly small amount of false positive chances (stopping legitimate players from gaming) and is still wide enough to block most users from taking advantage of floating IP Addresses.
A ran a private Server and became very effective at permanently getting rid of cheaters.

Albeit I'm not on so much lately, I'm just doing my missions and a few CM's.
How many times do I get called a hacker? Every single game I play I see you noobs crying that I see through walls or see invis ghosts or aimbot just 'cause I can kill 5 people without taking damage. It's not hard to kill idiots. Learn to not suck and try again next time.
One noob even said "How'd you know I was there? I didn't move." "I heard you, Darth Vader." "What can you hear!? I didn't move!" Hahaha. And as host he kicked me after the game was over. You nubs just don't even understand how bad you are and you think for some reason you can beat people that know what they're doing.
Most of the people you ****ers complain about aren't getting kicked 'cause they don't hack. You just lose 'cause you're noob and think it's impossible to play well. Bye-bye scrubs. -

Thats not z8's problem though.
Their problem is that 'real hackers' that have the account closed simply create a new one and go and find the latest working hack, this is a circular never ending problem and it needs to be stopped.
1) Do you want hackers effectively to be unbannable?
2) Do you not want hackers punished?
3) Do you want to play games without the same hackers over and over again.?
4) Do you want your reports ignored?
5) Do you think Z8 should keep reviewing replays of the same hackers using different accounts? -
Like they said. They banned 6000+ accounts...which means thats 6000+ hackers that are STILL playing the game. Start IP Banning. If your brother is playing via the same computer or a computer on a network, well if one is ha.cking odds are hes:
1. Spotting for another team
2. Ha.cking himself as well
If your not going to stop the guy next to you from ha.cking then ban the whole IP address. That would stop a lot of the Brazilians that go to internet cafes and ha.ck together. Ban the Cafe...odds are they wont be changing their IP any time soon.

It was actually 6000 accounts banned for 3 days (suspended), a guy I know had that walk through the wall hack and was auto banned and suspended for 3 days.
He said Z8 are c*nts for banning him and that he was sad his account was banned for 3 days but went on to say he will never stop hacking.
But yea, whether the actual account was banned or not these 6000+ hackers are still on CF obviously waiting for the next working hack, a few might have learnt their lesson by being banned and now fear losing their account for good if it happens again. -

They router ban you so your ip changer won't work :S -

An IP isn't always static to a computer, first off. You can change an IP easily, with programs or in the command prompt. An IP isn't connected to a router, either, but a computer.
Kids say the darnest things. Do some research, please.
This is the best way to ban someone. The "brother" excuse should have no effect to Z8, because hackers come in groups. Idc if I'm doing it illegally, it's not my ip. I have it for runescape phishing, back when that was possible. Stole 1000 or so accounts in 2 days, stole millions of gp, sold for $180usd, etc.
And I have a program to change the MAC address as well. -

ISP doesn't know it's happening if you use a proxy. -

Agreed 99% of the people that use hacks don't have any idea about coding all they know how to do is download the .dll and injector and beg for new hacks that are not patched. kinda sad really, if coders would stop releasing them to the general public Cf would be alot better.
Another option would be give the Br's and latinos their own server let them hack till the cows come home lol seing how 70% or more of them use some form of hack lol im probly gonna get banned from the fourms for that O WELL
