Um...could be but you can shoot people thru walls on Downtown... I don't know about seeing their name tag.

The walls of downtown, in that area where the tunnel or wtv that passage is goes from mid B to A and has those wholes to hide and wtv, are not only shootable (if you shoot from outside they will still hit inside) but the names show up too.

Look at the minimap. I recognize that as Black Widow. But the bomb sites aren't shown (score on top indicates S&D) so there's something wrong here.

Happens on most spots where theres stairs.

Some glitch where you get the nametag if aiming at someone going up/down stairs, also works if you're the one going up/down.

Bug in the game, you see a texture, but not physical solid.

When you look at the minimap again, the person isn't aiming at the stairs.
