Farming.
Farming is seriously a legit problem. I think i have more of a problem with farming than hacking and thats sad. The thing is ranks should be earned showing how your dedicated and if your good or you just look to have a good time. Ranks shouldnt be some false acheivement but an actual honor on the progress you have gained in a game that should be enjoyful. Adiga, i hope you look into this bic boii.

You're talking about the wrong farming. Farming's a gigantic loophole in the game. It doesn't matter if it's 'only the rank', it's also the way they achieved it. I see a lot of boosted First Lieuts with a 2.5+ K/D who get owned by my 1.8 K/D. Farming's for a bunch of bad kids who can't go positive in any way. "Look at your own account" is a silly excuse. -

ok you basically have to deal with the farmers, Z8 has put in the inactivity timer thing so it decreases farming by A LITTLE but theres easy ways around it. Also Z8 put in the email verification thing, which i didn't read much about, so if you really want to go farm on a noob account, you would have to use a legit email address, not some fake one that half the people who make new accounts do. Then again, its fun seeing noob trainees killing majors

I have no problem with farmers, they can do what they want...
But, I think CrossFire should have a Anti-Farming Protection System,
Players should earn their ranks with respect, playing in normal games, not farming...
So that's my opinion.

First of all, how does other people farming ruin your gameplay? How does someone's else kdr ruin your gameplay? Just to let you know, rank does not matter one bit.
I am not a farmer, but really hellraiser HOW the hell do they really ruin your gameplay? It's not like they're farming on you. Plus isn't it fun to tell your friends you own a 1st LT with a 2.5 kdr ? -
Why z8 counldnt care less
I think, in my opinion that theres an unsaid understanding among the elite scrim clans, and serious players out their: 'Their ranks and ratios dont matter, and their skill is above average at best'. Theres also an understanding among most farmers out there as well: 'They Farm to be at the top, they know they arnt the best and they will not brag abt their skill lvl'.
Something about how any point oriented clan, isnt considered to have the best players, just the most active.
Comparing The Most active player in the game(ADIGA) with a 79.0650 kdr, to one of The Top players in the game(malte[gr]) with a 2.4992 kdr, to an average player at best (Hop.ScoT.cH/myself) with a 1.4361 kdr and then to a farmend account(politehnica) with 0 kills and 473900 deaths. Almost seems pointless.
Although with Escape mode out the average ratio has gone up, it seems being awarded kills for 'escaping' has almost seemnd like farming in it self to me. being that i usualy get a 5.0 ratio in that mode.
Anyone who knows abt farming in any fps, whether they themselves farm or not, should realize that a farmer realy has little to no affect on any other player. Even though farming is frowned apon among most players they are not hurting anyone, as long as they understand that their ratios arnt legit and dnt boast abt being the best, it dosnt realy matter.
For now hakers are still my main pet peeve of cf. -
How the hell is farming even compared to hacking.Thats so stupid i would rather play a farmer anyday vs a noob hacker.
Because who gets alot of fame by noobs? ADIGA does and you know it's true. I think the ranking system should go by scrims and such stuff in that catogorey. -
Why do you give a sh.it about farming? It doesn't affect you anyways. It's their time and life. Not yours. I think you're just jealous of their ranks or something...which is sad. Seriously just don't care. It's not going to affect you so stop making these dumbass threads.
