Use growler-no lag

Ok alot of these baddie kids say they cant record in game because of lagg.
I laugh at all of you;)
First-Growler settings need to go like this.
Capture rate=20fps
resolution to capture with= Set growler to record the resolution your game is set to play in.
If you use 1024 in game set growler to record at 1024.
When you watch what you recorded it will look choppy untill you export it to vegas or whatever you use to edit.


So to all you no graphics card users you can try this and see if it works. I bet it does;)
I have a computer with no special upgrades and growler dont lagg me.
