Do you think the host of the room should be able to kick?

I guess their computer freezes, they get a drink, go bathroom, have to do something important and are afk. I get it sometimes. It is annoying when I am having a good convo with people in the room and after the match the host is idle and won't start the match.I dont get idle hosts lol, do people just leave the comp after the games done?
