It's not hard to get into gamebattles. (It's free, and anyone can join)

But if you mean "mlg" as in the pro circuit then yeah, it's kind of difficult. Not to mention the only way to get there is to win a gamebattle tournament / season or to have your team attend the lan and make it through the vast lists, then place well enough to generate enough interest in your team / players.

Have fun playing GB though. It gets old after a while, same old bads disputing matches and changing settings.
