i have just made two purchases of 10k and 20k zp.... i got the email conformations and the money has been taken out of my bank account
but yet i still dont have my zp deposited into my account.

still no reply and no zp.... you have to improve on custermer service you know that its absolutly terrible, i sent a tiket and no reply to that either....

And your QQing over 8 hours? I'm surprised you've managed to get a credit card, if it's even yours.
Why don't you do something that will work, and say? Pm Fallen or Saiden?

i dont care, its the principle of it....
you pay for something you expect to get what you paid for.. not pay for it and they run with your money..
you pay for something dont you think you are entitled to having your problems a number one priority...
Dude i've bought zp and it's taken days to show up...
Give it ATLEAST until Wednesday. -
right first off dont post the payment details on the forums you post in a support ticket

next they dont work on a weekend so you'll have to wait until wednesday at the latest
and finaly if wednesday has passed and support does not reply to your ticket sending a pm a GM with the issue and how support has not replied to you is the best option
