Error message systeme on Windows XP

Hi my name is No-[M]arley* im french my english is not good sry :S.

I wanna go to crossfire in Windows XP and the Error Meassage is Error i, InitRenderer(). Shutting down. I press "OK" and this game is closed :'( can you create a systeme for Vista, 7, and XP plz before the gamer with not good Ordinateur ^^'
