What does that mean?

Because I want to know if I will be getting banned. So I wont waste my time with this current account. So that I can start a new account.

They will not ban you for one strike. They first give you a warning and then if you do it again and again you will be collecting infractions till they ban you.

They are deciding if they should ban you. Most likely if it is a ban it won't be permanent. Making fun of someone for something that they can't help isn't the way to approach what you and many others (including myself) see as a problem.

The only nationality that's complained about are the Brazilians, I don't get why they don't do sh|t against a big part of dem.
