Hacked?

Recently when I tried to login it said my User/Password was wrong. My username was saved so it wasn't that. My password on the other hand seems to have been changed (No it was not me). I believe that my account has been hacked and I'm not sure what to do. Also a suggestion: Email confirmations on password changes so its harder to hack.
