Millions of users -> Don't work on Canada day, weekends (or any Canadian federal holiday for that matter.) and I don't think they have more than like 10 people to answer them (maybe?)

Actually, well-placed questions get "fast" replies, and by "fast" i mean less then a week.
Always try:

not to be rude
to provide all the infos they may need
to prevent the questions they could ask to you, by describing your problem as it was viewed by a "neutral" eye, as far as you can
to be clear in your syntax and to use a correct english

It's mainly becuase a lot of people send in useless support tickets, even though they can find most of the answers if they bothered to look in the technical support part.
