I have Windows 7 on all three of the computers in my house; none of them have this issue. It sounds like you might be trying to install from the same setup file (if you've tried to install multiple times and the same thing comes up each time). I would suggest removing all crossfire files from your computer and downloading from a different source than what you normally use.
