48 hours
So, I bought an item yesterday by accident and i would like to exchange it for the correct item. It says i only have 48 hours to return this item and i sent a ticket, which of course hasn't been responded to. What should i do? and if the ticket stil hasn't been answered in 48 hours will it still count?

A guy from the forums got an item by accident just like you and submitted a ticket in about 1 hour. 4 days later, they said it has been over 48 hours, but it wasn't his fault, it was Z8s fault for not responding quickly. I myself tried to do it, but they said there are no guarantees.
Z8 just kicks your nuts...
Still try and hope they can answer quickly. -

Tommarow should be my last day so mabey i'll call them but thats really unfair that they do that if the respond time sucks a giant d -

Yeah it's unfair. What problems can it cause for them to give you a refund? You're still gonna get something else... -
