Please My Friend Needs Help!!!

He's a very dear friend of mine. Never Hacked. Never Glitched. Never Cheated for that matter. he's a good honest fair player that invests in Z8Games (Buys ZP) frequently. And then one day he tries to log into his account and it won't let him! Turns out that his account was hacked seeing that he never fell for the old "want free zp" trick, I just can't come to terms of how it could have been hijacked from him. Ok and he remembers his email and everything about his account, but the problem that we face is that he registered his account with a ISP email account like for ex. ______@comcast.net. so by him switching service providers (Switched long b4 his account got stolen) he doesn't have a legitimate email account to have his unintended new account info given back to him through that method. then he put in more research to discover that his account ended up in a clan named [PrO_LaTiNs] http://clan.z8games.com/clanstat_cf.aspx?guildid=48584 (his account should be on page 6)and the guy sold all his guns. Obviously, the lowlife is a BR cause i mean seriously what Latin do you know clever enough or would even want to name their player Afr0_[N]inja... catch my drift? and the evidence that he's a BR is just furtherly made more apparent by the clan name. I made this post not to get a simple "send in a support ticket" but to get some ideas i could give him to put in the support ticket to get his account back ASAP. As a side note will he ever be able to get his guns back that the a-hole BR sold?

Way to skip ahead.
Anyway. Accounts ARE safe on our end. Any account lost is lost due to inconsideration.
Submit a support ticket explaining it in full, supplying his old password, ZP reciepts, security question/answer if he has either etc.
Threads on the forum do not in any way assist. Take it up with http://support.z8games.com. All account issues are to be taken with the support desk.
