15-30 8 vs. 8
40-70 1 vs. 1

100 is when I am in a 1 vs. 1 and it spikes.

Doubtful , BRs are getting more technological.Why they are the #1 capital of haking.

My ping of 28-29 does best them tho.

mmm your comps not bad but your graphics card must
suck if it has that much of a change in fps depending
on the number of players in the room over all ill give
it a 8/10 .. remember it could be worst , you could be

upgrade ? as in updating your driver ? if so then yes.
and im not sure it solely depends on whether or not
you have a laptop or desktop comp.

Well, just don't play on Scape Mode. You ping will be 30-50 8-8, plus is going to be down and up like:
9-15
20-30
15-20
.......

GeForce FX 5200 256 MB Video Card/1.6 GHz/4 GB RAM DDR2=100 FPS 1v1

I play escape mode ith max 12 players.I try to keep it to 3 vs.3
