gets free comp accessorys knowing the ceo

honestly i have yet a clue i just get low fps in game abd reviews for my computer state that it sucks X___X http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2330947,00.asp<

ATI Radeon HD 3650

but my fps spikes from 100 to 0-30 alot

Go update your CCC (Catalyst Control Centre) which in turn will update your graphics drivers
