Disconnected everytime I turn on sound :@

Ok everytime i use windows xp and i go on CrossFire, with SOUND ON, i disconnect with Xtrap saying "Game cannot run properly" and then i have no internet and i cant turn off my laptop without directly pushing the manual power button

now i posted this be4 to and no one seems to be responding to me
i guess Z8Games technical support is a waste of time
if it is...then im gonna reinstall my windows over again

as i said be4 i have windows xp with windows 7 dualboot so i can access them at boot time
everytime i use windows 7 and play crossfire it will say "Initializing Render Mode" which is bull
everytime i use windows xp and play crossfire Xtrap will say "Game cannot run properly" which is BULL too
so i cant play crossfire without sound it's just i cant concentrate in GM then
so basically i cant play crossfire + i cant play crossfire with sound
basically the only thing i can do is play crossfire without sound on windows xp

i also tried re-downloading the client and still didnt work
therefore i need a lot of help please Z8Games...help me pleASE!!
